As we do every year, we would like to begin this letter by giving our thanks to the whole team at PROYCONTEC for their efforts, dedication, and care employed every day in order to achieve the objectives and goals that we set.
We would also like to thank our clients for placing their confidence in us; our portfolio of clients continues to grow, and consequently we, as a company also grow.
Amongst the objectives we had set ourselves for 2005 was that of consolidating the body known as the “Management Staff”, adapting the new departments and taking on qualified employees, as well as moving to our new head offices, which currently occupy an area of 1,200 square metres distributed over five open-plan floors that are multi-purpose and versatile, with computer-controlled installations.
Once again, this year we have managed to achieve our aim of reducing the accident rate, thanks to the continuous specialized training and adapting of our human resources team in all aspects related to safety and health.
After 15 years on the market, as a company of prestige, we are continuing to expand, keeping to our sales stable whilst maintaining the profit margin. The volume of work contracted continues to grow from one year to the next, and currently stands at a figure of around 200 million euros.
Our client satisfaction is on the increase, which indicates that the projects are being handled just as we promise. We are continuing with the policy of professionalizing our after-sales service and guarantees.
For this year, 2006, our proposal is to maintain the portfolio of work contracted, to continue with our policy of continuous training, and to implement the ISO:14001 Environmental Management standard. And lastly, to open a branch in Malaga city.
