Proycontec has intensified its efforts to achieve high levels of workplace safety and welfare for employees, by means of an efficient policy known and implemented throughout the organization based on the following principles:

To implement the corresponding procedures in order to guarantee the protection and well being of its employees.
To guarantee that all staff are informed of and trained in safety and preventive measures.
To encourage and give incentive to employees to consult and participate in the continuous improvement of the company's practices.
To ensure the appropriate control and quality of employee health care.
The Industrial Accident Prevention Management System was developed according to this policy, based on legal requirements established mainly in Law 31/1995 on Prevention of Industrial Accidents and in Royal Decree 39/1997, which introduced the Safety Services Regulations. The results of these measures back up the simplicity and efficiency of the above system that is subject to mandatory external audits.
